Do you accept international orders?

Please note: international orders (=outside European Union) may be subject to being charged customs duty on their arrival in the destination country. How long will it take to get my order?

Your orders will be processed after receiving your payment and will be shipped within 3-5 working days. We give our bests to pack your orders as soon as possible. But we're a small team of busy rabbits and sometimes it might not be possible to pack and send them right away. We ask for your understanding.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer exchange and return within 14 days from date of delivery. You have to e-mail us to shop@rabbiteyemovement.at before exchanging or returning an item. You will receive an e-mail back from us with exchange instructions. On exchanged or returner items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
