Do I have to pay customs tax, duties?
Every country is different to calculate what you may have to pay. Please refer to the customs website in your country. Some countries have a tax free threshold or charge differently depending on the type of goods.
RABBIT EYE MOVEMENT is not liable for any tax and duties charged in the destination country. The recipient must pay this tax otherwise the products will get destroyed or returned to sender.
Do I have to pay VAT (value added tax)?
If you are a customer living in the European Union you have to pay Austrian VAT (20% or 5%). Prices on the website inlude all taxes.
Customers outside the European Union need not to pay Austrian VAT (will be deducted before checkout) but depending on your country you may have to pay your local tax as soon the package arrives your country.
I haven't received a shipping confirmation?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation please check if the stated e-mail address is correct or if your e-mail postbox is full or if the e-mail is in your spam folder. Shippings sent via International Letter don't have tracking info.

How can I change my delivery address?
If you already completed your order please write us. In case the order has not already been sent, we will change the address.
